Our Sauvignon Blanc grapes are hand picked harvest, very early in the morning, and carefully selected to preserve all the aromas and delicate flavour.

A very carefully work with barrels combines the freshness and elegance of the fruit and slightly touches of vanilla.

Colour: Pale and bright yellow colour, with delicate greenish reflex.
Nose: Delicate and expressive floral and citric fragrance with flimsy grassy notes. Elegant and persistent notes of quince jelly are also present.
Palate: In the mouth it's a fresh, tasty wine, with good volume and balanced acidity. Pleasant notes of quince jelly, same we found on the nose.
