"To celebrate its 290th anniversary, Barton & Guestier launched Héritage N°290 in 2015, a particular brand that aims to be a guarantee of tradition and at the same time an innovation in the world of wine. Heritage N° 298 constitutes the ninth edition of this innovative project. This wine is produced in the southern Rhône valley, between Nîmes and Alès, in France. It is a cuvèe of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre. Refines for 6 months in French oak barriques. Its bouquet is an explosion of black fruits with a wide aromatic palette, pepper well mixed with aromas of licorice and tobacco. When tasted it is well balanced, with a harmonious consistency and sustained concentration of tannins. Long finish with fruity and spicy notes."
