"The winery's water tanks are located in the Finca the cisterns, in the town of Chinchilla de Montearagón, Albacete, zone designation Vino de la Tierra de Castilla . The winery building, typical construction Mancha, is surrounded by 178 hectares of vineyards, cultivated almost a thousand meters. The cisterns is a focused and designed to create highly expressive wines, functional and modern, within an architectural complex of high cultural value winery. The soils are calcareous farm with little organic matter, sandy texture and shallow and the weather is rigorous and dry continental. These conditions so extreme, along altitude favor low yields and extend the ripening of the grape varieties adapted to the area, giving great roundness and quality wines that come from them. The viticulture applied in the vineyards part of a traditional base with the introduction of the latest techniques and ecological farming systems to ensure the production of quality grapes and a sustainable balance between the farm and winery. All this, combined with the effort and enthusiasm of our team, ensure the production of wines with personality and excellent quality."
