Canerock Jamaican Spiced Rum is a perfectly balanced blend of pot and column still rums from two legendary Jamaican distilleries: Clarendon and Long Pond. Once the blend has been fully infused with 100% natural ingredients, it is ready for the final touch: part of the blend is set aside to finish in ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.
"Pleasant and moreish, this rum has a murky amber hue and rich scent suggesting maple and allspice. The palate opens with maple sugar, cocoa and hazelnut, finishing with black pepper, ginger and cayenne zing. Finished in ex-sherry casks. Producer recommends mixing in a highball with coconut water" (92 Points, Wine Enthusiast Magazine).
