"Natural Yeast. Certified sustainable in 2011 in both the vineyard and the winery. Cerro Torre is a 100% Estate grown by the Vial family of Ventisquero winery. 10% Maipo Valley and 90% Colchagua Valley Entre Cordilleras. Made from vines that trace back to vines that were brought to Chile from France in 1850. Ungrafted vines. The roots of these vines are 100% Carmenere. Most wines we drink today are made from vines that are grafted to Vitis Riparia (not related to Vitis Vinifera)."
