Edoardo Miroglio winery is an impressive 220 hectares of vineyards in Elenovo, Bulgaria. The village of Elenovo is located in the region of Thrace, where the origins of winemaking date back to the cult of Dionysus. It is thought that some native varieties, such as Mavrud, were already grown on the hills of southern Bulgaria more than 5,000 years ago.
