Il Tasso is the Badger, the mascot and symbol of Fabio Coser's Ronco dei Tassi. Fabio selected the badger to represent his fledgling winery 25 years ago to remind himself, his famiy and his customers that before people had touched his land a rich ecosystem existed, balanced and tuned to the rhythms of the natural world.

Their elegant Pinot Grigio is crisp, dry, and fruity, with notes of citrus, green apple and yellow flowers; and the minerality is spectacular! It's excellent with fruits and cheeses, along with light pasta dishes, grilled chicken breast, broiled red snapper, and even poached salmon.
