"A classy Pouilly-Fume from the Loire with the tell-tale nose of grassy green peas, gooseberry, citrus and passion fruit. Saline but ripe stone fruits on the palate, plus lemongrass freshness and a mineral edge. The 14.5% alcohol hints at a warm vintage, but the wine is fresh and upbeat, finishing with lime peel and herbs."
