"100% Vespaiolo from a single vineyard in the DOC Breganze. Floral hints of elderberry, followed by notes of white currants and quince, before closing with a whisper of citrus fruits. Pair with “baccalà alla vicentina” (a traditional salt cod recipe of the town of Vicenza) and Bassano white asparagus. For more daring palates, we recommend it with Japanese cuisine."
