"The Mátyás family farm twelve hectares in the southern Slovakian region of Strekov, the warmest in the country, on the edge of the old and idyllic cellar village of Nová Vieska on the slopes of the Somlyó- hill, facing southwest just miles from the river Danube, which provides a daily breeze that's a welcome accomplice to their organic approach. The farm, founded in 2003, is polycultural and managed according to the moon, while the cellar is traditional, focusing on long fermentations and ageing in oak barrels."
