Aroma: Floral, spice and fruit intermingled with notes of cut green grass, white tea, jasmine and tangerine blossom. Very subtle oak imparts soft vanilla and oak custard. Taste: Balance of fruit, florals and spicy flavors. Very pleasant earthy tones with light touch of clove, mint and bay leaf. Very clean and crisp with a delicate finesse. Oak influence is very light and only tempers the agave without masking it. Aging: Aged in former whisky barrels of American oak to achieve only a light touch of wood. This allows the full range of agave aroma and taste characteristics to be delicately balanced with the oak.
