The nose is pretty potent, rising majestically out of the glass with caramel, fresh vanilla bean, and a hint of wood. There's a subtle spiciness that gives cinnamon and nutmeg, complemented by fruity undertones of dried cherries and orange zest. 

When first sipped, you’ll notice that it is dense and round. It opens with a burst of sweet caramel and toffee. The mid-palate slowly reveals layers of spice, particularly clove and pepper, intertwined pleasantly with pecan and toasty oak. A touch of honey also adds a nice sense of balance. The finish is long and warming, with lasting notes of vanilla and a slight smokiness. The spice gently fades, leaving behind a sweet, rich aftertaste.
