Hannes focused mainly on the Burgundy varieties: The Sauvignon is clearly perceptible in the nose; the Pinot Blanc gives the elegance to the wine and the Pinot Gris the glaze. Our new white cuvee aims to please. It is easy to drink and makes the perfect wine for an informal aperitif and an excellent accompaniment for light starters."
